@GetYourGuide very disappointed in your customer service. My family is unable to make our tour in Boston tomorrow because our flight has mechanical issues and we physically can’t get there. Yet you guys won’t give us a refund or at least reschedule us for another day of our trip.

@GetYourGuide It’s a shame. The customer is supposed to pay you in time. However when they choose to trust you which in turn is broken as tgey are left stranded at the venue with a non functioning ticket and the customer care has nothing to offer except to tell you to but a new.

They refused to reschedule and refused to refund the fee I’d paid to tour the summer palace. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use @GetYourGuide overseas. When you need their help, it’s incompetent. It took the person I was working with over 15 minutes just to understand the problem. 4/4
