Por suerte yo voy bien, llego a fin de mes sin problemas y estoy en camino de tener mi propia casa y lo haré sin recurrir a formas poco éticas de ganar dinero como lo es el ser un casero de mierda.

@RafLega @TamayoStuff Para poder debatir sobre un hecho es importante que los dos estemos hablando de la misma fuente. Si simplemente busco en google puede que me salga una fuente distinta a la tuya. Justamente el tener los deberes hechos se trata de esto. De tener las fuentes que vas a usar a mano.

@indicatiu @naidelcarrer Si puja IBI, hipoteca, despeses de comunitat, despeses de manteniment etc ho has de poder repercutir en el preu. I si depens del lloguer del pis que llogues per pagar la hipoteca, encara més. Sinó, te l'hauràs de (mal) vendre i 1 pis de lloguer menys al mercat. Ja en van 60k -
