@_MichaelBFC I am sorry for the confusion this has caused, I can see that the Skipton train did depart from 1C and that the Ilkley train left from 3B, this has been re-watched too to make sure. ^VR

@northernassist is the train currently sat on platform 1c in Leeds which is displaying Skipton the 15:56 to Skipton despite the sign saying ilkley and the sign at 1b saying Skipton again confused as to if I’m currently sat on the Ilkley train or not

@northernassist No I didn’t I got off the train only to realise it was the Skipton train at the wrong platform now I’m stuck with an advance ticket for that service and I’ve just had to get another for the next once again poor communication 😡

@_MichaelBFC Northern tickets holders can still use the original ticket to travel on any Northern, TransPennine Express or LNER service up to two hours before or after your planned departure time, no extra ticket needed. Or if you’d rather not travel, that’s absolutely fine (1)

@northernassist 15:56 to Skipton sat on the train stuck for 30 minutes now we’re going back to Leeds are you accepting tickets on services to Bradford interchange so I can get home that way
