In the same way, covering one's Satr (Awrah), of which the hair is an integral part, is by consensus a requirement of the Deen and rejecting it is Kufr.

@AakhriHorcrux @L4H0R1 @ThePakistanExp1 Once an ijma is established across every generation of the Salaf, anyone who opposes it is rejecting a foundational obligation. In the Usul sciences, denying what is known in the religion by necessity is kufr.
So rejecting hijab is kufr, and not doing it is Haram.

In other words: if coercion nullifies a husband’s rights in marriage, a mafia's right to sell my land then by the same logic, why doesn't (coercion or illegitimate means to get power) nullify a ruler’s right to obedience.

I have yet to find a Salafi who advocates for obedience and no rebellion against a ruler (non Khalifa), and explain how the Mahdi (ʿalayhi al-salām)’s Caliphate will be established, keeping in mind we’re obliged to follow the ruler even if he came to power by coercion?

The creator's personal theological position doesn't in any way bind the present muslim majority political body and their duties regarding the legio-political, please move forward the "what kind of state the founding fathers wanted" discourse, it really doesn't carry any weight for the "islamists" even if you somehow prove that they desired a secular state.
