@HMRCcustomers Hi. I’ve been trying for weeks, can’t get through on phone or live chat. Hence now I am here. What can I do if the phone doesn’t even put you on hold, it just hangs up? Have tried different days of the week and times but nothing.

It’s been such a whirlwind these last 8 years, selling books into over 40 languages, travelling the globe and making so many wonderful friends - but I am excited to learn some new things and to see where licensing takes me! 🥂

I’ll really miss book fairs and my absolute dream team - with a special shoutout to @SharonGold3. If you don’t know Sharon then you’re missing out - not only is she the most incredible friend, she’s a phenomenal businesswoman, brilliant negotiator and she’s so much fun ❤️
