@TicketmasterCS do I have to assume that you are still confirming the tickets in my basket 4 hours later?

What do you say to all the people that queued this morning and got through when your site then you failed to confirm tickets? this is not a user error but a website error and a service error. There are now 26000 people in front of me, the venue only holds 90000?!

@TicketmasterCS you've continued to post 6 times today but failed to acknowledge any issues with the purchase of Oasis tickets? Clearly there is an issue with confirming availability, and the poor advice your CS bot has given, but still no acknowledgement?

@ojsykes @TicketmasterCS I guess they don't care as wither way they sell the tickets. I had tickets for something else earlier in summer - customer service was dreadful then too!
