More than a dozen projects are already live on Arcium across mainnet and devnet, or well in development, building things that were previously impossible onchain. Blockchains have reached a point where the zero-to-one phase has slowed down, largely because the current design space is close to exhausted, which forces most new applications to compete on marginal UX improvements or smaller, more niche use cases rather than introducing something fundamentally new. That is not necessarily a negative, but rather something that points to the fact that the next phase of innovation will not come from iterating on what already exists, but from expanding what is possible in the first place. With Arcium, a new cycle begins where entirely new market primitives, mechanisms, and application categories can emerge, not as extensions of existing systems, but as outcomes of a fundamentally different design space. It is also important to understand that this is not about privacy for its own sake, but about privacy as a means to build systems that can compete with and outperform traditional markets by removing structural inefficiencies and information asymmetries. As more builders enter this design space and begin experimenting with these new primitives, the rate of innovation increases, competition intensifies, and entirely new categories of products start to take shape. The encrypted design space is opening, and Solana will be the first place where it meaningfully comes to life. Arcium is the home to Solana’s encrypted ecosystem, and we will do everything we can to support builders pushing crypto forward beyond its previous limits.

but other than technical things - there was one thing i was (and am) really inexperienced in: designing the brand for the velapay decided to search for designers that could work on velapay branding - found one on local communities. can say i am satisfied with the work esp at this early stage

there was roughly 2 weeks gap between the frontier announcement and commencement so here's what I've done between those time frames: - deciding the name of the project - refining the scope of the app - brainstorming the targeted market and the app stack - start building the base of the app when the hackathon commenced, I've already got early start since the development protocol is like ~30-40% done
