@TrekMovie Hubs is a fan, I am the enabler. Spent the first night of my honeymoon there (on our way to spa the next day), then back 5 years later to stay open to close, then back to see what was left after it closed - found some random signs. Now visit @startrektour It was fun for me, too.

@RonFilipkowski Elon & his ilk love H1B for tech roles because those employees CANNOT LEAVE, without a new sponsor they are slaves to Elon. American employees expect fair pay, raises, can join a union, seek better jobs & move on. So H1B is bad for all but Elon. Funny he doesn’t mention that part

@CtyGrlPhoto @tampatude I get that argument, but where they’ve put these, none of those ‘perks’ have materialized - we have over 800 units added with 400 more on the way and have lost a grocery and pharmacy, and the lots they said would be new retail have been put up for sale - again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When they lease for a year, never engage with the community and move to the next shiny complex 🤷🏻‍♀️
