He was convicted in September 2025. He had been granted unconditional bail. He flew to Pakistan and didn't come back. He is still there now. His brothers Kamran and Kamar were convicted of r*ping and sexually abusing the same girl their brother had r*ped a child who was 12 when it started. They are being sentenced on 22 June at Sheffield Crown Court. Amar won't be there. This is part of Operation Stovewood, the NCA's investigation into child sexual abuse in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013. 52 people convicted. More than 1,500 years of sentences combined. Around 1,150 potential victims identified. And one of the most prolific r*pists in the case is sitting in Pakistan because a court gave him unconditional bail. 13 r*pes. A gun. Crack cocaine.
