@ReidGraham95968 Reach out if you ever want to talk…. Fake smiles don’t fix the problem I learnt that

@protodanielle This is me right now, louder trying to be funnier than I ever was🫶🏻💋❤️🙏

🚨 Just want to be real with you lot for a minute.
I’ve been away because my mental health went to a really dark place, proper quick. One minute I was functioning, next thing I was in a hole so deep I couldn’t see any light. It got scary. Really scary.
I’m getting better now, slowly, but I’m not there yet. It’s been a brutal eye-opener.
Depression doesn’t always look like crying in public or staying in bed all day. Sometimes it looks like the person who’s still smiling, still cracking jokes, still replying “I’m fine” when you ask how they are.
Signs I wish more people knew:
• Constant exhaustion even after sleeping
• Losing interest in things you used to love
• Feeling numb or empty instead of sad
• Irritability or snapping at people you care about
• Withdrawing even when you look “busy”
• That fake “I’m good” mask while everything inside is screaming
If your mate seems “off” or even if they look completely fine — check in properly.
A simple “you alright, for real?” can mean more than you know. Some of us are carrying heavy shit behind the smile.
I’m still climbing out, but I’m grateful to still be here.
Be kind to each other. Mental health doesn’t discriminate.
Drop a ❤️ if you’ve ever struggled or if you’re checking on someone today.
Take care of yourselves and each other.
🇬🇧💔

@SeddighEllie It’s hard…. It’s like you don’t know yourself anymore

@scottsmith1776 See that’s a problem I’ve been offline now for about 2-3 weeks and sleep… why is it so difficult 😣
English

@protodanielle I don't think being online is helping. I would try to get at least 8 hours of undisturbed sleep a day and get 30 minutes of walking in day that will help keep the blood moving and hopefully you'll feel better.
English

@StephenHey50751 Thankyou 🫶🏼 I’m glad you are doing well now

@protodanielle Take care of yourself, Danielle.
The black dog does leave if you bark back at him.
English

@G_e_m1234 I’m glad you are feeling far better now though….. how did you get through ?
English

@protodanielle I’ve recovered from 3 major depressions. Your mind doesn’t match your shell. To this day, I believe, it sits us down to take care of the wrongs in our life. We have to be patient and not fight the mood, it’s debilitating and scary. May u come back soon 🙏🏻🇨🇦🧘♀️ ⚓️ refuse to sink xx

@PennyMcTexas Thank you so much for your kind words and prayers. I’m getting better but it’s a struggle for sure x

Your post is so beautiful and so thorough
I’m so sorry your suffering
My son experiences the same issues
I admire your courage
I’ll pray for you
Real prayer not just someone that’s saying it
Please hang in there
Something better is coming in your future
Love from a mother of someone ends that suffers 🙏
English

@protodanielle I know that black dog, we've been palling around for many years.
Glad you're doing better. Stay strong 💪
English

@whitetrashEliza Thankyou so much it’s greatly appreciated. Really I want more people to be aware of the signs. I’m getting there but there are many who aren’t 🥺
English

@protodanielle Life’s so hard sometimes. And events can be triggering, I have found. It can be a bit like a rollercoaster. Nervous system overload. And brain looping OMG. I hope you’re in a better place. Wishing nothing but happiness and peace 🌺

@FreedomWatchGB When children lose an argument the result to having a hissy fit and shouting like so…..
English

🚨: We were mobbed by students at Liverpool Uni for hosting peaceful debates about mass deportation!
We set up a peaceful debate about mass deportation, no shouting, no aggression, just open discussion, and were met with crowds blocking cameras, chanting over us, and throwing around the usual labels like “racist” and “fascist” instead of engaging with a single argument.
This is the reality of too many campuses in 2026, where students would rather shut down conversation than take part in it.
Despite that, we still had genuine, thoughtful discussions with people willing to listen and speak openly before the mob turned up.
No violence, no hatred, just calm, honest, rational debate, and we’re not stopping.
