@thejustinwelsh Unfortunately, some don't make these goals by the stated age. I'm one of them, and beyond 40. However, I'm definitely sharing these with my children & everyone else I can. I'm also trying to make this my name by 45.

By age 40, you should: - Be sleeping 8 hours per night. - Be eating healthy 6 days a week. - Understand your "enough" number. - Be able to make money on your own. - Put living a great life above everything. Non-negotiables, IMO.
