Tracey and I visited Bempton Cliffs in Yorkshire and Frampton Marsh in Lincolnshire today. An early start (1:45am) meant we connected with the Black-browed Albatross before it flew out to sea. 12,300 steps (and 540 miles driving). @HildenPark @WestKentMind #stepchallenge
