@panerabread terrible service at your Adams Street location in Brooklyn. Today my order was supposed to be ready at 1:19 PM. It wasn’t ready until 1:55 pm!! the service there is often slo w and there was so many people waiting. This is unacceptable.
@askpanera - Myself and others around me are extremely curious as to why the Panera by our house is always out of stock. Especially the healthy food. Fruit etc. as a side.. its never ending annoying and you are losing customers. Charlotte NC store 28273
@askpanera today it was not as bad, but it was still noticeable . They did a great job of trying to cover it up. The root of the problem is in the walls & behind the walls/floors, especially where men’s & women’s room come together. The tiles &walls are wavy. Needs gutted cleaned new walls
@panerabread Both restrooms in your Venice Florida location have smelled like mold, mildew, & toxic sludge drainage for 3-5 years! It causes eyes to water and the throat to hurt! Fix it. It’s not just unpleasant it’s causing discomfort. Please fix it for real. No more covering it
@TrooperBenKs@panerabread My Panera gift cards loaded to my account were hacked & used in Boston…. Contacted Panera & State Attorney General & radio silence from Panera. That was 2 years ago & was regular customer so I no longer visit
I did not expect to be writing this… 😞
A couple months ago, I believed in @panerabread Sip Club enough to go from paying month to month to purchasing a full year subscription.
I felt comfortable with Panera.
I felt good about what was being offered.
I believed the value was there.
That is not how I feel now.
Not at all… 😞
Now I feel frustrated.
Now I feel taken advantage of.
I have a strong feeling I am not alone.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not about the local employees. I have built friendships with the staff at my Panera, and they have always been kind, welcoming, and good to me.
They are feeling the frustration too.
That says a lot.
👉 When the employees and the customers are both frustrated, something is clearly off.
The problem is not inside the cafe.
The problem is with the people making these decisions far away from the people they affect.
I purchased a year subscription based on what @panerabread was offering at the time.
Then the offerings changed.
Fewer choices.
Less value.
More frustration.
That is what burns me up.
When a customer pays up front for a full year, there should be trust that the experience they bought into is going to stay strong. Instead, it feels like many of us paid for one thing and got handed something less.
That is a bad feeling.
It makes customers feel like numbers instead of people…
That is exactly why I am posting this.
I want Panera’s corporate office to see this, and I want to hear from others who are feeling the same frustration.
If you have felt disappointed by the recent Sip Club changes, say so in the comments.
If you feel like you paid for more and are now getting less, say so in the comments.
Right now, I would not encourage anyone to purchase the Sip Club…
I hate saying that.
But it is the truth.

@askpanera The first pic was Stuart/tremont, the others are from Dedham/norwood, and I’ve prob experienced this at 4-5 different paneras over the last few years
Long time member of the @panerabread sip club. BUT after years am canceling. They use the same buckets to move their black ice coffee as their lemonade and other flavored drinks. So the coffee(I drink black) tastes like fruit/juice more than it tastes like coffee.
I wanted to sign up for the Sip Club at @panerabread, hoping there was a promo. When I logged onto the website, it showed a deal of $3 a month for 3 months. Then the screen refreshed and it was gone. Why are they teasing us? Never mind Panera.
I love that I placed an order from @panerabread and it came wrong and then ordered @McDonalds from @UberEats and it didn’t include any of the dipping sauces that I paid for. This is what I get for buying from places I never buy from :) @jimmyjohns never would do this to me
@panerabread I signed up for your sip club and can not gain access in the app. The app tells me a code will be sent to my phone.. ever get a code, number is correct. What gives???
@askpanera can you start selling your dressing in stores too!
My husband loves it and I every month I'm having to go to 3 different stores to try and find it! Thank you kindly :)
