@atomberg_tech Bought an Atomberg Renesa Smart+ ceiling fan with trust in the brand — but what followed has been nothing short of frustrating. The fan stopped working last year. A technician visited, replaced the PCB, and assured me the issue was resolved. It wasn’t.

@arindam___paul bro wanted to buy @atomberg_tech Water Purifier Sadly, it seems you guys only have one water purifier, which has RO + UF + UF We live in Darjeeling, its a mountain region. Our water has natural minerals. We don't need RO to filter out the natural minerals, we just need UF and UV... Can you guys please do something about it?

I have ordered @atomberg_tech water purifier from @flipkartsupport and from the day of installation itself it's not working as expected and output tds is getting 600 to 900 and the tank is also overflow and leaking everywhere, it has been 10 days from installation and no response

@AtombergT @atomberg_tech I purchased a water purifier. It has been improperly installed. The technician had said that if we face issues, he will revisit and fix at no additional cost. He is not picking up calls. Your customer support isn't helping either. Poor experience so far.

We have marked your case as high priority. Once the spare part is delivered to the service center, a revisit will be arranged on the same day to fix the RO issue. We appreciate your patience and are glad to assist you.
