The technician came around 2:20 and it took them about 35 mins to replace/fix the flap, so good to see it was resolved today itself but still feel the flap system could be better designed.

Atomberg water purifier dispenser clip broken, I said in my video about 3 months ago also that this part was very flimsy @atomberg_tech Disappointed coz Atomberg was founded by IITan, feature wise it’s good but they should have spent more time on durability testing in real world conditions. Home minister is so mad with me now as such things never happened to use with Kent or Aquaguard purifiers. Good thing is was able to raise a complaint directly from the app, let’s see how much time they take to fix the issue.

Thank you. Lot of ppl talk about the product/tech/brand But its actually the distribution and after sales service across tier 2/3 which is the most operationally intensive thing to achieve and the reason for the output numbers

@arnob1 @arindam___paul Hey Arnob! Quick clarification here: The Intellon comes with 4 modes. The Adaptive Mode is where the machine auto-decides the purification method based on your TDS. However, if you want, you can switch the RO + UV mode on the app at any time and set it as your default mode.

This is false The system has 4 sensors in the water flow path, 3 TDS sensors and one flow sensor. These sensors continuously monitor the water quality and flow rate when the purifier is active. Secondly, when the purifier is idle, certain diagnostic routines are run periodically These sensors are placed at strategic locations such that the combination of sensors and flow paths with diagnostic data and filling data can help derive the health of all the filters.
