Concerned about safety ⚠️ My 2-year-old Atomberg BLDC ceiling fan suddenly broke today without any warning. The outer casing shattered and exposed internal components (images attached).

@arnob1 @arindam___paul Hey Arnob! Quick clarification here: The Intellon comes with 4 modes. The Adaptive Mode is where the machine auto-decides the purification method based on your TDS. However, if you want, you can switch the RO + UV mode on the app at any time and set it as your default mode.

@arindam___paul What about your RO forcefully turning off beyond below certain TDS levels even if TDS is manually marked ON? Please clarify.

This is false
The system has 4 sensors in the water flow path, 3 TDS sensors and one flow sensor.
These sensors continuously monitor the water quality and flow rate when the purifier is active. Secondly, when the purifier is idle, certain diagnostic routines are run periodically
These sensors are placed at strategic locations such that the combination of sensors and flow paths with diagnostic data and filling data can help derive the health of all the filters.

@atomberg_tech Very disappointed. My Atomberg water purifier hasn’t worked for 1 month. Many times I was told a technician would call in 1 hour but no one contacted me. If repair isn’t possible, please provide a replacement under warranty. Complaint 05144074.

@atomberg_tech @atombergfan raised installation requests on 17 Mar (Case 05266482) & 18 Mar (Case 05265611). No technician contacted till date. One case even marked “cancellation requested” without my consent.This is clear deficiency in service & unfair practice. #poorservice
