I'm from Denver, I moved away many years ago and went back for a visit last summer to attend a conference. Stayed downtown near the convention center, walked around a little to go see the Rox. The area was disgusting, worse than any big city I have visited in recent years (DC, NYC, Berlin, London, etc). Everything smelled like weed. Bums were accosting tourist. I don't see myself coming back anytime soon.

Just reflecting on how great it is to go to downtown Denver. Avs tonight, Nuggets on Friday and Sunday. Rox opening day. 63k for Soccer today. Endless bike paths. My oldest son has been downtown for four years. Love downtown Denver and only gonna get better with Burnham Yard. One of the best cities in America. Excited to be there again tomorrow.

one of my biggest goals this year is to figure out and help push solutions to limit the incessant pvp in the trenches pvp in some shape or form will always exist, and i myself have definitely engaged in pvp (as have most traders to some extent) but this is one of the few issues that majority of the space agrees on and it's long overdue for a change
