Schedule III is not some bold breakthrough. It is still the government admitting marijuana has medical use while keeping the larger contradiction in place. It should be fully legal. No one should be going to jail, losing years of their life, or carrying a record because of a plant. Rescheduling may help with research and taxes, but it still leaves a lot of people paying the price for laws that never made sense to begin with.
