@nikillinit I was thinking that because there are a lot of small / mid systems that are struggling financially, this could just be an opportunistic approach to roll them up. Like PE buying an MSO and rolling up a ton of specific practices, but on steroids.

when talking to people about the Kaiser-Geisinger stuff, no one really has a good idea of what's happening -if it's cross country, does it actually increase leverage? -if Risant about helping convert struggling hospitals to VBC, why pick Geisinger to start?

My friend from the scam Health 2.0 conference is back and this time I thought I would check in on their address. They claim their US office is in a shopping mall on the outskirts of Birmingham, AL, and apparently it's inside a Bed Bath & Beyond! Which went bankrupt today!

Hear me out… how about banning front laws? They use a ton of water, add pesticides. And I literally never see anyone hanging out in their front lawn. They seem ornamental at best. All net new housing developments should have communal gardens instead.

@halletecco Not really. Pear was an early innovator and worth the risk in a VC portfolio of some winners and losers. But they’re now public so the VCs are long gone, most of them having made a good return. The losers are the institutions and retail investors who bought the SPAC koolaid.

Q. - and I promise there's a reason for it: Who's the best storyteller founder you've ever encountered & why? A person who's most captivated you within seconds of meeting them? Doesn't matter if they went on to be super successful or not.
