this is a take that has gotten me dogpiled and banned from multiple servers lol. once you accept money to perform a task you are taking on A Job and that requires a certain level of professionalism. "We dont owe you anything" no longer applies.

If you're making a customer wait months and months for something they paid for, that should be called out. Excuses exist, but as soon as you accept payment for a service, art stops being you hobby and becomes a job that requires a level of professionalism.
