Last Thursday my brother Thom Minnée died tragically. Family, friends, and I are all grieving. He was a uniquely caring soul taken from us too quickly. His memorial service will be at 10am on Saturday at All Saints on 90 Hamilton Road, ​Hataitai. Go hug someone important to you

I think the @FlyAirNZ call centre quotas are obviously set too tight, my wife just got hung up on just as she asking to clarify the information she'd been given in the call. (She's trying to sort a refund that's now 9 weeks post the initial call about flights that were cancelled)

Looks like I'll have a couple of nights in LA before flying back to NZ on Wednesday (on standby for earlier). Fun times.

Supposed to be on the @FlyAirNZ flight from LAX to Auckland tomorrow. Turns out cyclone has forced the cancellation. But not sure what I’m supposed to do to sort it out now?

@ThievinBandito @Timely Has been on my radar! We had a big increase in customers during COVID so there’ll be some growing pains. I know that @buildmaster and the team are working hard on catching up with stability.
