@vitaliidodonov thanks for motivation Vitalii, I started showing up every day just this week :) really uncomfortable, but I would say all is about consistency and keep posting even no one watching

Everyone I met in NYC this week told me the same thing: "I want to post on social media but I feel uncomfortable doing it." I built a $30M company and I still feel that way every time I hit publish. The trick? There is no trick. You just share your story. No formula. No perfect angle. Do it long enough and strangers become your biggest supporters. The rest learn from you by osmosis.

@buildwithdanm @jmj distribution yes but it's more like accountability. when people watch you build they hold you to it. my best weeks are always the ones where i posted what i was working on monday morning

Building in Public was the playbook. Not anymore. If you're a founder, don't give competitors a sniff of what you're working on until you're ready for showtime. No benefit anymore to building in public. People are too busy to care what you're doing & they'll happily copy you.

@levelsio It depends when you are going sleep. . Ideal sleep time is 7-8hours . . doesnt matter when ur waking up. Does matter when u r going sleeep

I wake up about 10am My peak time for exercise is about 5pm I've tried earlier and I'm not as strong, later like 10pm and it messes with my sleep a bit
