I’m exhausted by strength. I want support. I want softness. I want ease. I want to be amongst kin. Not patted on the back for how well I take a hit. Or for how many.

I understand being upset with unvaccinated people taking up hospital beds.
But you can make the same argument about people who smoke, drink alcohol excessively, consume junk food and live a sedentary lifestyle.
Hospitals are filled with people who make poor lifestyle choices.

-It’s warming ‘almost everywhere’.

Before issuing a RFP to reimagine a sector / redesign a major effort, look honestly at your budget. Divide that by human-time. Is than more than a grad student doing a lit review + some KIIs?
Change is about people + politics, not ideas. So are you seriously investing in change?

Observation 6: ORNAMENTS ARE EXPENSIVE. That cost me $15.99. That's more than three everything bagels. I am furious. For what it cost, you best believe that I am insisting that it be passed on to my great grandchildren. If they break it I will haunt them.
