At those times, it is helpful to remember that it is the status quo policies, processes, and practices that have created racial inequities. And that means we CAN advance equity by working in a different way.

As the @JPAL_NA inaugural Partner #EvidenceChampion I challenge us as an evidence-building field to center racial equity in our work. That means a few things to me. Of course it includes diversifying perspectives and who is included in the field.
