A smaller roster, with more advanced mechanics for each character, is honestly a lot more preferable for me- rather than 200 characters with 3 moves each.

I remember when we were in development, I would sometimes sit in my office replaying this intro section on repeat while thinking, "Wow this team is really killing it." Remember, this was a dev team that had never tackled such a huge project. Never made a console game together. And the project was the first time ever that a Chinese developer was fully developing a AAA western console title from start to end. It felt like magic. It still does 🖤

i know this is an unpopular opinion, but i miss when characters in marvel films had development and depth. i miss being introduced to new heroes and the people in their lives. i’m so tired of marvel introducing characters and then doing nothing with them for years upon years.

@SAMTH33STALLION LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK! It’s true that many fans didn’t want new characters, but if they had good writing and the projects were good, they would’ve been successful. It’s just that they preferred quantity over quality for a big span of time after Endgame

I keep seeing this take but it’s the studio’s job to MAKE fans care about these heroes, to give them well written arcs that get us emotionally invested in their stories, excited to see them. They could make Sam Wilson a household name like Steve Rogers, they just didn’t want to.
