@ccamacho88 el punto 6 es una vil jalada, hay gente que lleva años en UBER, pero el razonamiento de "no te doy IMSS por que no tienen horarios" es epico, entonces quieres decir que si se cae repartiendo o manejando, si se pueden enfermar, pero si se enferma despues, pues bye, jajajaja

Sobre la reforma a Uber, DiDi, Rappi, etc: 1.-No es que las plataformas le quiten los impuestos a los repartidores. Es que la ley les obliga a las plataformas a hacerlo para ellos reportarlos ante el SAT. 2.-No puede considerarse empleado a una persona que entra a la aplicación el día que quiere, a la hora que quiere o que decide simplemente no entrar. 3.-Se está forzando a las empresas a toda la responsabilidad como si tuviera un “empleado” con horarios fijos y al “empleado” ninguna obligación por tener todos los beneficios. 4.-Es mentira que los repartidores no tengan seguro, sí lo tienen durante sus trayectos y posterior a ellos por determinado tiempo después de cada entrega. 5.-Esta iniciativa no se va a reflejar en los bolsillos de los repartidores, no está orientada a que ellos ganen mejores comisiones por cada entrega que eso sería lo ideal, sino a que el IMSS recaude más. Así de simple. 6.-El jale de repartidor es “un poco de dinero rápido” es decir, quién entra ahí no lo hace pensando en dedicarse a eso toda la vida, sino a obtener un ingreso de momento para el sustento digno en lo que se acomoda lo que sea que esa persona realmente está buscando. Lo que el gobierno SI hubiera podido hacer es apretar a las empresas repartidoras para que otorguen mejores comisiones a los repartidores. Eso sí hubiera significado un beneficio directo a quienes lo necesitan. Porque sí es una realidad que las plataformas nos venden bastante caro el servicio y pagan poco por viaje.
