A lot of work went into this study, and it has some valuable findings, so it's a shame they used a hugely simplistic and deeply flawed metric for foods' nutritional value, resulting in chips, onion rings & ready-meals being scored as more nutritious than fish, olives and eggs 🤦♂️

There’s an insane fact I know about macs that I thought everyone else knew, but apparently they don’t. If you see a process called ‘kernel_task’ in Activity Monitor and it’s using all your CPU and slowing down your computer *it’s not a real process at all*.

Attended a patient at home. Strong COVID -19 symptoms. Full assessment. Left her at home. Lengthy advice re isolation, the reasons why, the risk, what to expect etc. Did paperwork outside and then she walked past - “I’m nipping out for a coffee and cake” GIVE ME STRENGTH 🤬🤬😠
