@jreevers5 @FlerlageKev At my 2nd TC in #TC18 @deeVizable introduced me to #Datafam. She & @FlerlageKev encouraged me to create a Twitter account, @flerlagekr right away stood on a bar table asking everyone to follow me. That moment showed me what showing up and being included really looks like.

Thank you for snapping the funny photo @Lodhaviz. Although I was being completely obnoxious, this had me reflecting. How do you show up for your people? I love cheering on the people I care about most and the funny backstory to this, I have previously never seen @FlerlageKev or @flerlagekr @tableau conference session. This year I waited in advance of their session and made many friends amongst other groupies but I sat front row for the first time and came with all the enthusiasm. So, how do you show up for those you care about? What does support from you look like? Are you a foam finger, front row, pre-gamer? It doesn't always look like this but our support for one another matters and should be felt, right? #datafam

Tableau Tip of the ̶d̶a̶y̶ Year: Closing the week with a slick solution to remove the ABC from a text table. CTRL-RIGHT-ARROW 3X, drag border as thin as possible, then CTRL-LEFT-ARROW 5X. Abracadabra, the column is now gone! Format->Cell Size->Text Cell to reset. #TableauTips.
