I say this with every fiber of my being: Put your oxygen mask on first. Fascists are about to throw all sorts of f*ckery at you, and if you want to help others, you need to take care of yourself first. Please 🙏🏾. Over the next two months, put together a self-care plan that will sustain you for the next four years (and beyond—that’s the beauty of this—it’s a win-win for you no matter what happens). Take a beat to journal out what you need to do to be ok (community, therapy, exercise, screaming, journaling, prayer, meditation, cupcakes, etc…). There are so many tools to help us get through this. We will get through this. And if you need grounding in what’s real - remember that these folks who elevated a rapist to the highest office while claiming to be Christians are f*cking hypocrites. They will try to gaslight you into thinking that they’re right and you’re wrong. They will try to make you doubt reality. They will try to pretend that your empathy is a weakness. It’s not. Our empathy and our moral code will be what get us through this. Hugs to all of you.

It was a bit emotional day. But after an uneasy morning with attacks it is usually like that. Anyway, I visited an absolutely amazing exhibition today. One of my favorite Ukrainian artists. It is just a teaser. I have no mood, no anything to edit photos or videos. Later-later.

For those of you who are interested in such things.These are some of my autumn sown snapdragons. I have pinched out the top and you can now see its beginning to grow news leaves which will branch out. In the early summer this will mean the plant will have more stems with flowers
