Honestly, it really depends on what 'winning' actually means to you. Revenue? That's OpenAI, no question. Safety and trust? Anthropic, and it's not even close. Distribution? Google, quietly, everywhere. Chaos energy? Well... xAI is doing its thing. The thing is, there are four different finishing lines here and each lab genuinely thinks they're ahead.
