@DarynFaulkner @SMurray1000 This sounds like the "Productive Stalling" list of tasks that someone I know uses. I love that idea. If you can't stop procrastinating, chipping away at any task is still forward progress!

@SMurray1000 I have a list. I did nothing on the list. I did a number of things that I also needed to do that were not on the list. And some thing that popped up. and a few other things that I should have done last week.

Is there a word for that feeling when you have so much to do, but you're absolutely frozen with dread because you have SO much to do? Perhaps something in German?

JR "Forgotten Victory" by @ProfGSheffield, very thought provoking analysis of the causes and conduct of WW1. My knowledge of the war is heavily influenced by Blackadder and the war poets, this book goes a long way to challenging that picture. Utterly fascinating.

Just astonishing not only how many Mission Impossible stunts they did for real, but also how Tom Cruise trained - 100s of skydives, base jumps, 80foot motocross jumps...phenomenal! Go see it, it's incredible film making!
