In the web3 space,many of us know the importance of connections Steady liquidity,Alpha's etc But many don't understand the concept of positioning Late last year,I reached out to this project for a role and got flat rejected Now I like what the tech was building and decided to contribute in the projects community A month later, one faithful day The same dev that rejected initially, saw my contribution in the community and messaged me And paid me in 3 figures for couple of months I positioned despite the rejection, got in and made a connection Instead of sending that cold dm,stay positioned and engage You never know who is watching
