@shaycarl I don't but you can. Some people I know always test a new thumbnail before giving up on a video. If CTR improves the algorithm picks it back up.

@TubeAIYT If a video isn’t performing as well compared to other content do you recommend changing the thumbnail? Do you know if changing the thumbnail affects the algorithm.

70% of YouTube viewers use dark mode. Yet most creators use dark thumbnails. I switched to all white with bold text. My thumbnails stand out on every feed because everyone else blends into the background. Simple edge. Almost nobody does it.

>search your niche on youtube >filter by "this week" >look for videos from channels with under 5,000 subscribers that have gotten 50,000+ views >these are the algorithm's clearest signal: demand so strong that the algorithm is force-feeding this content to people regardless of channel size >that topic is wide open and hot right now

first youtube video in a while today 🤠 running a webinar next week if you’re trying to make money in ai / ai voice & you’re struggling synthesys is taking on partners to help us expand to SMB’s again because we’re focused on upmarket deals 6-7figures the partner program costs a little bit of money so we can cover our costs to do it. we make money on the backend when you get clients and print everyone thinks you need 500 case studies interviews and testimonials and a nice website to make money selling voice ai to businesses on the event i’m gonna break down how we get customers & give you our exact strategy to run for yourself sign up in bio & fix your skill issue or get left behind my whole goal here is to poop on our competitors and beat them in distribution come join and get this when u sign up

you don’t need perfect videos you need more attempts post volume to find the winning angles, then spend more time on the video quality most founders spend 5 hours making the "perfect video" instead of blitzscaling to find an angle that will work without perfect lighting

@TubeAIYT I wouldn’t say that’s the case to be honest, we’ve seen people who post about a common topic and then dominate the niche but there are times where the first person holds that forever

After helping generate $1.5M on YouTube for B2B and info, here are the top 5 things you need to know: 1. Stop posting for vanity, views don't matter, booked calls do 2. You need to appeal to your aware viewers first, before your unaware 3. Ideation is the most important thing 4. The intro and outro should be short 5. Add CTA's at the 30%,70% mark and the outro Do these 5 things, and you'll print with YouTube

Linus Tech Tips has called out YouTube for adding 30-second unskippable ads to its TV app "When will it be enough? Are we just going to go all the way back to cable TV with three-minute ad breaks? Can we not?"

YouTube is now pushing branding + personality This means: YouTube is suppressing AI voices Each channel should stand alone as one person (take Zach D Films as an example) You should try to make some type of character or personality, this will be a huge advantage going forward Try to create realistic and reformative content

OPTIMISM + REALISM is probably the most unfair advantage in a world of DOOMERISM and Negativity Bias run amok. Anyone with grit, and no quit in them, anyone who still actually is willing to put in HEALTHY Hustle for a Season is going to absolute dominate and beat the bricks off anyone in this market trying to quiet quit on life... IF, and this is a big IF you can lock in, for the next 3-5 years, then the future looks bright... I don't know what to do about, or how to save anyone who can't manage that...

“Hey chatgpt, make a script for my story channel” No wonder your videos are still stuck at 1 view… People think because AI will do 90% of the work they can be lazy Remember the results of your AI tools are just a reflection of you. Shit input = shit results Good input = Good results

faceless yt space has been super quiet these days so thought id share a few wins december was a terrible month, went down to 0 with no channels, nothing went back to the drawing board and as i had no intention of getting back to ai stories, i thought id put more effort into things that i know are my strengths - ideation and strategy and couple months later, now i have a channel that has a pretty decent realtime floor of $100-150/day even without any new uploads even reached 10k/mo for the first time with 2 channels

@nickrgrs I think clients who don't fully pivot to AI actually have an edge. AI sentiment can change at the flip of a coin.

clients asking "should i start selling ai services?" no i definitely wouldnt pivot what you're already successfully doing to be ai focused i wouldnt pitch it at all but i would build ai systems on the backend to fulfill all of your current products/services more efficiently

worst niches to print money: - saturated markets with no differentiation - anything you can't document on YT - service businesses trading time for money - anything requiring your presence daily best niches to print money: - white noise channels, $76K-$212K/month - car detailing content, $7.5K-$20K/month - lawn care content, $16K-$49K/month - hoof trimming content, $40K-$120K/month the best niches are boring and YT-able.

Most creators post a video and never find out why it performed well. Thats why these channels never see consistent growth. One of my videos hit 200k views. I reverse engineered exactly why using TubeAI, my YouTube analytics tool. Here's what I found: 1. The topic reached people who never heard of me Most creators pick topics for their existing audience. Every video serves the same subscribers and the channel stops growing. I stopped picking topics for my current audience and started picking topics with 50k+ search demand and under 5 existing videos. My discovery score came back at 92/100. Next video I applied the same approach and achieved 100k+ views. 2. 79.5% of viewers stayed past 30 seconds I used to over explain what the video is about and lose half of my audience before they get to the point. In this video my hook established a specific threat in the first 80 seconds and maintained 71% retention rate. The viewer stayed because leaving felt like missing the resolution. I now open every video with a claim that cannot be resolved without watching. Average retention on my last 3 videos has not dropped below 75% at the 30 second mark since. 3. Biggest retention spike happened at 12 minutes TubeAI broke down every section of my video by timestamp. It showed me the core value section at 6:38 recovered retention through relatable visual analogies. The solution at 12 minutes caused the biggest spike in the entire video because the title loop closed. I took that information and started structuring every video the same way. Open a loop in the hook, deliver proof in the middle, close the loop at the end. Stop guessing why your videos work. Start using data to repeat success.
