YouTube just announced new features for advertisers. Here's what it means for your channel: 1. Buy with Google Pay on TV Viewers can now complete purchases from their TV screen in 2 clicks. YouTube is turning into a shopping platform. The channels that attract buyers are about to become significantly more valuable to advertisers. Higher advertiser demand = higher CPMs. 2. Custom Sponsorships with AI placement YouTube is now using AI to match brands to the exact moment a viewer is most likely to buy. Brands no longer just buys an ad slot. They buy placement next to content when a viewer is actively thinking about money. That changes everything for smaller channels. A 30k finance channel can now attract the same brand spend as a 300k lifestyle channel because the audience intent is worth more than the audience size. 3. Affiliate Partnerships Boost Brands can now pay to boost videos that already mention their products. You review something, tag the brand and they can amplify that video without any formal deal. The better your content fits their audience the more likely they are to boost it. Start talking about products more. 4. Multimodal Video Creation YouTube can now produce full ad campaigns with a few prompts using Gemini and Veo. AI generated brand content is officially on the platform. The creators who win from here have something AI cannot produce. A real face, a real perspective and a real audience that trusts them. This is what brands will pay a premium for. 5. New Creator Shows YouTube is signing Trevor Noah, Dude Perfect and others for exclusive shows on the platform. YouTube is becoming TV. If you're building a personal brand, build it for the big screen. YouTube is telling you exactly what it wants. Human content, product mentions, CTAs and long forms built for TV. Creators who follow this will own the next decade.

YouTube automation is dead. If you post the same format with zero human thought, you will get demonetised. That's why I recommend semi automation. I use AI to find viral ideas and pull research. Then I get it to write me bullet points for my script. The AI does the admin work. I keep the judgement, opinion and delivery. YouTube can detect the difference between a channel with a human fingerprint and one without. The enforcement wave proved it.

@Samaytwt You could say the same thing about gambling and alcohol tbh. But we blame the individual instead. So why don't we blame the addicted individuals instead of the platforms for short form content?

@MrOrdia Exactly mate. AI is a tool like a hammer. If you use the hammer for everything you will smash everything down. If you use it what it helps you get better at, it will help you. Just made this up lol.

@TubeAIYT This is the nuance most people miss... AI itself isn’t the problem. The problem is mass-produced content with no original thinking, personality, or creative decisions behind it.

most people think youtube is saturated because they misunderstand how viewers actually behave👇 viewers do not wake up thinking: “i hope i find something completely original today” they want: familiar emotions familiar structures familiar payoffs just packaged differently enough to feel fresh that’s why the same formats keep working for years

@TubeAIYT Pretty much the playbook. We were looking to hire a researcher and thumbnail creator. Within maybe 6 months both were replaced with AI.

@thesarmie There's a difference between copying a channel and spinning off a channel. Spin offs work if you frame another channels video in a different way. Copying the whole channel is a waste of time.

@Tempvo_ Most of them aren't false though. Human creators are using AI for their scripts or copying other creators. If you don't provide original content. You will get banned.

YouTube paid creators $100 billion in 4 years. More than the U.S government spent on NASA in the same period. Creators are calling it the worst platform in the world. The entitlement is staggering.

It's a business model, they aren't paying people out of the kindness of their hearts. They serve ads on the content the creators make. The problem is, people are getting demonetized and ads are still being served on that content, allowing them to double dip. The gaslighting here is kinda wild and if this is ragebait then congratulations because I fell for it

@TubeAIYT Even if creators got nothing extra, YouTube is hosting every video free of charge. So even creators with no ambition for making money get free hosting on a platform where people might just see what they made.

Absolute bullshit clickbait title. 1. AI YouTube is very much alive. 2. Vidrush is AI all crazy results are getting achieved using this tool. 3. You lack knowledge if you don't know how to monetize AI. 4. Short channels are very much a inconsistent business model if not well branded. For shorts go to @timdanilovhi atleast he builds real brands not repurposed copyrighted clips. I respect the hustle, if these results are genuine 200K in 90 days is very impressive for sure on a shorts channels, but don't overclickbait your titles based on lies.

An open letter to YouTube. We need to talk. Creators are waking up to terminated channels, wiped revenues, and years of work gone overnight. No warning. No explanation. No appeal that actually works. So on behalf of every creator who has ever put their life into this platform, here are our demands. 1. Tell us WHY. A termination email with zero context is not a policy. If you are going to end someone's livelihood, the least you can do is explain what they actually did wrong. 2. Fix the appeals process. Right now appealing a strike feels like shouting into a void. An automated rejection in 24 hours is not a review. We want real humans making real decisions. 3. Stop punishing whole channels for one video. One bad upload should not erase five years of content. Strike the video. Don't delete the creator. 4. Give us a warning before termination. A strike system exists for a reason. Use it. Creators should not be going from zero issues to fully terminated with no steps in between. 5. Be transparent about what is changing. Every few months the rules quietly shift and channels start disappearing. Tell us what changed. We are not mind readers. 6. Protect the creators who built this platform. YouTube would not exist without creators. The people losing their channels right now are not bad actors. Many of them are the reason people still open the app. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking to be treated like partners, not liabilities. Reply if you agree.

YouTube is correct in 99%+ of these demonetization cases. This channel is pure AI slop & they hired a guy off Fiverr to make the video below for sympathy. Account is from Vietnam. You're not entitled to ad rev for making the world's laziest content possible at scale, parasites
Fluffy Animal Tales@FluffyTaless

YouTube demonetized my channel, Fluffy Animal Tales, for “Inauthentic content” a few weeks ago. I want to share my full story because this decision has seriously affected my work, my channel, and the animals I try to help. Fluffy Animal Tales is a wildlife storytelling channel focused on emotional rescue stories, animal rehabilitation, and the bond between humans and wild animals, especially bobcats and lynx. Every video is created with care. We research real wildlife rescue situations, build original storylines, write the scripts ourselves, create unique visuals, edit each video manually, and shape every story to spread kindness, awareness, and respect for animals. This is not automated content. This is not mass-produced. This is not reused content. Every video is made with effort, emotion, and a clear purpose. Because of this demonetization, YouTube has removed over $15,000 from my channel. This money helped support the work behind the channel and our mission to keep creating meaningful animal rescue stories. It disappeared almost overnight with no real explanation. I submitted an appeal video showing my full creation process step by step, but I believe it was rejected by an automated system without a real human review. The response felt like a copy-paste message that many other creators have received. I have followed the process. I have reached out. I have provided details. But I keep hitting the same wall. All I am asking for is one real person at YouTube to actually review my channel and my appeal fairly. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube, please do the right thing. If you believe creators deserve fair treatment, please repost this.

TV viewers on YouTube have higher RPMs than phone viewers. Why? Because people watching on TVs are usually in higher paying countries. They're in households. They have buying power. One channel went from a standard shorts RPM of to 24 cents just by optimizing for TV. That doesn't sound like much until you multiply it by hundreds of millions of views. Same effort, but tons more money. The only difference is WHO is watching and WHERE they're watching it.
