An 8% chance at the number 1 pick is so much better than being a 10-seed who has to win two road games just to lose in the first round.
If this passes, teams should (and will) do everything they can to avoid the play-in.

Electric clocks have existed for like over 100yrs. They are not new technology. There is no reason NBA games should be delayed due to "clock issues" in the year 2025. This happens way too often.
