@WestJet You cancelled my flight on May 18th, and refuse to compensate me for my additional costs, saying the cancellation was due to a work stoppage? There was no strike! You cancelled it preemptively to save money. Take responsibility! Don't be greedy!
@CollectiveHops tried to scam us for additional shipping fees :(. They said shipping was free, and then changed their mind without telling us - just billed our credit card. Good thing we caught it! They still won't reverse the charge. Bad customer service. Avoid at Christmas!
