@WestJet I’m having trouble requesting a gluten free meal. Your website and past flight attendants have told me I can call and req the same. When I call in I’m told I can’t. This has now happed to me on 2 separate occasions.

@WestJet @Delta I never authorized any booking or transaction with either of your companies, yet my Union Bank Visa credit card was used fraudulently on 12 Jul 2026. Please investigate these unauthorized transactions and cooperate with my bank’s fraud team by sharing the booking

@Delta @WestJet you gotta get better at Canada-US. Nothing is interoperable from reservations, seat selection, check-in, lounge access; luggage is always lost and/or charged excess fees; and never enough staff. Had to overnight and extra day on way in due to low staff and now lost bags. Great team members but you’re not running at the @Delta standard. @porterairlines please come save the day.

@WestJet I checked in my Luggage at Seattle airport on the 9th July at around 5:45 PM for my flight departing at 7:55 PM to Calgary. The baggage never arrived at Calgary airport and it's been more than 48 hours since my flight. When can i expect an update on this?

@WestJet Communication is key. After taxing to the runway, we were turned around and are now sitting back at the gate with no word for nearly an hour. An update would be nice.

@WestJet I had a horrible (and illegal) experience with your website, and then with customer service. I was charged $63 more than the price I agreed to when I clicked book on a flight. Customer service would not honour the difference, even though I had screenshots of both prices.

@WestJet how do I confirm my eligibility for rewards associated with signing up for my new WestJet credit card as per the email link. The incentives were not referenced in all the documentation I received with the credit card.
