@WestJet Hi Team, how soon before check in can I check to see if any premium seats are available? I understand if a seat is initially booked.. but perhaps it gets cancelled? Any tips would be great as I am trying to surprise my husband for our anniversary trip Thanks

@WestJet Yes was on the phone for 4 hours but there was no flight to get me there for today on WestJet. Only flight was on Air Canada and they wouldn’t book that for me.

@WestJet Just wanted to thank you for cancelling my flight an hour before and not being able to rebook me to get to my dad’s funeral service tomorrow. As usually so helpful to keep me on the phone for 3 hours as well. Another unsatisfied WestJet customer.

@vmaksupreme Hi there. A fee should not be charged for a baggage purchase. We kindly as that you call in again to complete your purchase.

@WestJet can’t use my travel bank online to add luggage. Charge me a premium when I call in to use my travel bank. This is the type of nickel and diming that makes you lose customers.

I was looking forward to participate in the #HyroxOttawa. Booked my flight arriving on May 14 for my race in May 16. Due to high winds, flight got cancelled and rescheduled for May 15 with one stop instead of direct. Now new disruption from lack of crew? @WestJet 👎🏻🤬

@WestJet your pilot just blamed a departure delay of 50 minutes on the arrival airport @navcanada air traffic controllers in vancouver. That's not true. You guys owe the whole plane compensation.

@WestJet I’ve been on hold for 3 hours now. And they rebooked me to land 30 hours after my original flight, when there are many other flight options that land much earlier. Even if I have an overnight layover, I’d prefer to get to my destination asap. Many other flights are leaving YEG.

@WestJet I am a Silver member. Eveytime I try to book a trip online, the app will not accept that my companion is entitled to two free checked bags, as am I. What gives?
