March 2023 marks the 50th anniversary release of @PinkFloyd’s legendary album Dark Side of the Moon. And I’ve spend 50 yrs undoing the misconception it has caused. The Moon has a far side, but no dark side -- nor is it “all dark”. On the Moon, the day/night cycle lasts a month.

Another successful coding club. This week we were coding micro:bits. We got them to show our name and icons, play a tune, ask how we were feeling and even play a game. Fantastic work from Room 4 👏🌟 @microbit_edu @NLDigitalSchool

@teachlivelaugh @ChuckStoffle Mostly on sides but a few glued on top. The top glued models held more weight. This was my first year to build and Ss loved it! It took us about 3 weeks. Next lesson for me needs to be time management! Lol!

@elem_sci @ChuckStoffle It looks like most of my groups are planning to glue on the inside. What about your kids?

Excellent work. They seem very patient based in their designs. Are they using liquid glue to hold the joints together? #hawksmakerspace

@ChuckStoffle Thanks! This project is forcing them to be patient and detail oriented. Yes, they are using a super glue.
