@Katovitze Hi Mateusz, when you upgrade an existing license, the key stays the same. But if you need support connected to your purchase, please make sure to reach out to sales@emclient.com (and maybe make sure you can receive messages from @emclient.com domain? Check your spam folder?)

@emclient Guys, I purchased an upgrade license from version 9 to 10 and didn't receive an email with the key. I tried the "lost key" page, but even though I provided the email address, I didn't receive the license.

@pcguy8088 Yep, I've sent the feedback to our team, perhaps we can improve the UX in future updates, but at least you can now turn off the shortcuts you don't want to use, even accidentally.

@emclient It is not intuitive that one has to click in the actual input box to see the X. If you simply click on the shortcut line it will take the new keystroke combination without ever showing the X to remove the shortcut.

Heh software devs out there. If your software has Hotkeys for various operations allow the end user to remove the hotkey altogether. They may not want to assign a hotkey for a particular operation. Don't force the end user to have to assign a hotkey. @emclient

@pcguy8088 If you want to also disable Send&Receive do the same for "Send and Receive All" in the MAIN section of Shortcuts.

@pcguy8088 Go to Settings - General - Shortcuts. Under SEND MAIL section of the shortcuts (last section) find "Send" and click on it. Then click in the Shortcut field at the bottom - an X on the right side will appear. Click it to clear/disable the shortcut. Click Save&Close.

@emclient How can we stop the bar popping up everytime we click on a cell on a pasted table its popping up over where we need to type and we don't have a paste as image option as the help suggests
