@gloryhate @TearShapedHeart They don’t need rapid ingress they have deep strike. They used to have deep strike too. But it’s too easy to place your units in a way that prevents them dropping in. And even if they do land, and do get the charge and do kill something, now they’re stuck in the open

@TearShapedHeart and the mutilators have EXACTLY the same problem they had in previous editions:
theyre too slow.
also their attack profile is kind of underwhelming. even with the re-roll to charge on a deepstrike, you might get them into ONE decent combat and then theyre useless
