I thought it was ragebait until I scrolled and saw almost everyone agreeing. People decided he must have provoked it. The blood, the staggering, none of it counted. The animal was the victim and the bleeding human was the criminal. That was the moment it clicked for me. The internet has quietly decided an animal’s life weighs more than a person’s, and the second an animal is in frame, any human near it is guilty by default. I am not defending cruelty. I am saying the proportion has flipped, and we have stopped noticing.
