@burkelibbey The relative ease of hacking matches my experience. I tried adding to NeoVim. Despite the maintainers' attempts to clean it up, it's still an enormous mass of very fiddly C. I had much more success adding to Helix, even factoring in that I learned Rust to do so.

I've never really liked "language servers" as they exist today. We pay a huge perf cost for analyzing+storing data about deps that are usually pinned. I want there to be a binary cache of pre-analyzed dependencies. When I import one func of a MEGA dep, it should be almost free.

@ftrain xstate.js.org is the closest thing to a sane BPMN that I’ve found. Based on state charts and w3.org/TR/scxml/, which seems like a cool formalism of state charts that sadly never got any traction
