Disgusting service from @British_Airways for our honeymoon flights, error on their end and they won’t admit the error and also won’t fix it!!

@IKEAUK My delivery was due by 11.45am and it’s not arrived!! Called waited for 50 minutes to speak to someone she gone to to check and you have cut me off! My call time was 56 minutes and when I call back it says the service is too busy and not available! Where’s my order!
