I agree bro! 💯 Gym addiction na the only addiction society dey clap for. Instead of say make dem condemn am, dem dey hail you “discipline”, “grind”, “no days off”. But make we no lie — balance na key. The guy wey dey train consistently with good form, eat affordable Naija food like Gari + Beans, rest well, and no dey destroy him body with overtraining or ego lifting — that one na the real winner. Full Ewa Agoyin Recipe (Muscle Version) 👇 Ingredients (4-6 servings): 2 cups beans (Ewa Oloyin or black-eyed) For sauce: ¾ cup dried chili, 2 red bell peppers, 1 onion, ginger, crayfish, 1 cup palm oil, seasoning cubes, salt Steps: Soak & boil beans till very soft (1-2 hrs). Blend peppers + onion + ginger. Heat palm oil hot, fry the pepper mix till dark & thick (this na the Agoyin magic!). Add crayfish & seasonings. Serve beans with plenty sauce + Gari on top or soaked.
