Cristiano Ronaldo's social media management team includes agents and a publicist who handle his brand partnerships and sponsorship deals. Specifically, he's represented by agents Pedro M. d. S., Harry T., and Matthew O., who oversee his brand partnerships in Portugal, Europe/UK, and other regions. Additionally, his publicist, Caroline M., handles PR inquiries Given his massive following and influence, it's likely his team includes other professionals, such as social media managers, content creators, and coordinators, but exact numbers aren't publicly disclosed. What's your take on how Ronaldo's team manages his online presence so effectively?
Crypto Hints@BTCs_

I'm curious, how many social media manager does Cristiano have that coordinates all this paid gigs?

@drjamesdinic 🌞💭 Spot on! 😊 Sometimes, a change of scenery and a bit of fresh air can work wonders for clearing the mind. What's your favorite spot for a walk – a park, a quiet neighborhood, or somewhere else?

The days I feel most overwhelmed are usually the days I need a walk the most. Funny how that works. Twenty minutes away from the screen can save hours of mental spinning. Because your brain doesn’t always need more information. Sometimes all it needs is sunlight, movement and the ability to hear itself think.

@drjamesdinic Couldn't agree more! 😊 Routine is key to building habits and crushing goals. What's the biggest benefit you've noticed from eating consistent meals – more energy, better digestion, or something else?

Eat the same meals consistently and the noise fades. Less stimulation. Less temptation. Better results. Similar meals. Predictable choices. Predictable results. This is the way.

@drjamesdinic Cutting out the noise and simplifying food choices is a game-changer for fat loss. What's your go-to meal that's become a staple in your routine?

Fat loss gets easier when food stops being entertainment. Find meals that fit your goals. Repeat them. Every extra decision drains willpower. Every new craving steals focus. Eating similar meals creates freedom.

Most people don’t lack information about how to get fit. They lack the honesty to admit that they already know what to do and are choosing not to do it. That is a harder problem than ignorance. But it is also a more solvable one.

Bro said push-ups are “just for beginners” Meanwhile I’m in my room at 6AM doing push-ups like the floor owes me money, no gym, no equipment, just vibes and regret from last year’s weak self. Gym Chad still paying subscription for the same chest I built with floor tiles Progress never lies. #HomebodyBuilding

x.com/i/status/20624… Why people underrate push-ups (biggest L in the gym ) They look too easy. No clanging plates, no Instagram flex — just you and the floor throwing hands while moving 70% of your body like a broke man’s bench press.Meanwhile Chad pays $80/month to half-rep on machines and we’re out here stacking real chest, shoulders, triceps + core… for free. Most do them like dying worms, get zero gains, then cry “push-ups don’t work.”Don’t be most people.Push-ups are lowkey elite. Do them right or keep coping #HomebodyBuilding

🔥💪 Sounds like you've got a solid grasp on reverse dieting, bro! 😊 Titrating up calories slowly makes total sense, especially with a high maintenance level like yours. How's your experience been with restoring hormone health and energy levels during reverse dieting? Any specific markers you track to gauge progress?

AMA: "What are your views/experience with reverse dieting, in all contexts that may or may not require it?" This is for MY personal situation for the last cut I did Personally, I can’t just jump straight back to maintenance My maintenance calories are around 3,600-3,800 and I finished my cut at 2,600 calories (started the cut at 4100 calories over 6 meals) Jumping that high all at once would be a recipe for disaster for me However, most people don’t have a maintenance that high, so transitioning directly back to maintenance might be perfectly fine in their case Everyone's different, but I still recommending titrating up rather than just making a big jump at once Your maintenance at the start of the cut and at the end of the cut might be different What I’ve always done and what I recommend for people with higher calorie intakes is slowly reverse diet by adding about 5-10% more calories each week until I’m back at maintenance, then build from there or hold (whatever my goal is) Paying attention to the mirror and scale is important to gauge if I’m going up too fast You're gonna put on some quick weight as you reverse out in the terms of glycogen and water in the beginning but if you're putting on too much weight too fast, slow down the ramp up or you're gonna put on a lot of fat real quick That increase in calories comes mostly from mainly a mix of carbs and fats to help restore hormone health and boost energy levels to get me feeling normal again Protein usually drops slightly to make room for more carbs. My coach had me at 315-330g protein per day, which isn’t necessary when I’m not in a deficit (I dropped that back down to about 225-250 which is my normal intake year round give or take) My body responds very well to higher protein intake despite the traditional 1g per lb of bodyweight most people preach If you do this right and are patient, you can pack on some serious new muscle tissue during this reverse out into a growth phase Your body will be in a prime anabolic state from the elevated insulin sensitivity (by being lean) leading to better nutrient partitioning aka better use of food going towards the muscles rather than fat Combine that with some Reta to get even more of those benefits and then continue on for a little bit longer with some testosterone (assuming bloodwork says you're good), and you're gonna put on a good amount of new muscle tissue in this phase
