@FlySWFalcon So was waiting for the bus from 23:15 and after the bus was late. And spent 30 mins untill nearly everyone was aboard we was told two people could not get on. I’m cold and on the pavement waiting for the 02:00 bus. @FlySWFalcon how do I get a refund? #disappointed
