Right, I’m off to Hertfordshire to help out a young girl in need that I met in prison. Because god forbid people actually get the support they need from the state. She’s a vulnerable young girl with a baby, not long released from prison. Thrown to the bottom of the pile. I’m sure if she had come in on a small boat illegally she would be getting everything she needs right now!!!!

A. A 39 year old man describes himself as a ‘regular girl’. B. Describes me as ‘rich and powerful’. I am a disabled legal aid lawyer. C. Claims ‘B’ makes it hard for him to ‘push back’. The only power I have are my words and that I am not afraid to use them. I can see that in 2026 this is great power indeed. The only argument gender identity ideologues appear to have is that they will kill themselves if exposed to any argument, challenge or criticism they do not like. I do not agree that law and policy should be determined by the most manipulative. I hope others are with me on this

And with what I accept is an unseemly amount of gloating, I remind myself that Maugham instructed King’s Counsel to draft the complaint against me. I wonder just how much time and money was wasted on this?

I am very pleased to report that the BSB have evidently considered the complaint against me by the Good Law Project and Euan Weddell very carefully and have determined there is no case to answer. As both the GLP and EW made their complaints public I think it appropriate to share the outcome. I will be proceeding with my action in defamation against Mr Maugham.
