@AkasaAir @DGCAIndia @GoibiboSupport What’s this behaviour. Cancelled the flight out of no where now not picking up call since 6 days i m trying 25. how long should a customer wait before picking up the call?? I booked it through @goibibo and they are saying it is completed.

@GoibiboSupport @GoibiboSupport no one from goibibo customer care is able to resolve this and asking to contact akasa air only and @AkasaAir is not answering on customer helpline. should i raise complaint for this behaviour.

It was an awful experience travelling from kanpur to delhi last night by rewa anvt express 12427. The headlight was not working and when i tried using blanket provided to me it had hairs and not cleaned properly. I had to use my jacket to cover me up whole night.@RailMinIndia
