@goibibo I purchased FDC (Free Date Change) yet I was charged ₹11,216 for rescheduling. Airline has confirmed actual charges (penalty + fare difference) are only ₹6–7k. This is clear overcharging. No resolution despite 1 month of follow-ups. Please refund excess amount ASAP.
