@goibibo This is unacceptable. My flight was partially cancelled 15 days ago, and despite Goibibo already receiving the refund from the airline, my money is still not being processed. Your support team has TWICE falsely promised that the complete refund would be credited.

Very disappointed with @goibibo and @GoibiboSupport. My wife and I booked a cab from Delhi to Landour for our 26–28 June holiday. We left Delhi at 8:30 AM and reached Dehradun only around 4:30 PM. The cab was then stopped by traffic police because the driver's permit had not been renewed. Before proceeding to Landour, I contacted Goibibo and raised concerns about the driver's confidence on hill roads. I was assured that the driver was experienced in mountain driving. However, on the very first steep climb, the car rolled backwards multiple times (every other car was going) and the driver himself told us that the car would not go uphill. For safety reasons and because the driver was unable to safely continue on the hill roads, we had no option but to abandon our trip, stay elsewhere for the night, and return to Delhi the next day without ever reaching Landour or completing our 26–28 June holiday. Despite never reaching our destination, I paid the driver the full fare. Goibibo later marked my complaint as "Resolved" based on the driver's version of events, claiming that the driver never refused sightseeing and was experienced in mountain routes. That was never my complaint. My complaint is simple: we never reached our destination and had to cancel our holiday because of safety concerns and the driver's inability to safely complete the journey. The driver himself said the car wouldn’t go uphill, but we could see that every other car was able to go. We could very well see that the driver had no experience of driving on the hills. He was even warned by the local drivers on a couple of sharp turns taken dangerously! But Goibibo never did anything to resolve the issue!
