@GoibiboSupport Is this some kind of a joke? I paid Rs.9188/- while booking and after cancellation you're refunding only Rs.490/- Akasa airline customer told me that they have made a full amount refund as per @DGCAIndia guidline. Then why this? I need my full refund asap.

@GoibiboSupport I’ chasing my refund for the last 4 months but no resolution. At the last minute, my booking was cancelled by Goibibo despite them knowing I was traveling with female family members. This shows complete negligence towards customer service and women’s safety.

@goibibo @Goibibo_Support @airindia As per DGCA rules, when an airline cancels a flight, you must issue a full refund including convenience fees- without harassing stranded passengers like us in Dubai. Instead of following up each and every day, the refund should be issued ASAP.
