Humans shouldn't always stay at home, even if you have nothing to do. Because staying at home for too long makes the brain become dull and leads to overthinking. You'll have more negative emotions. Psychology calls this state mental rumination. Most of the time, people who stay at home long term are not physically lazy - but mentally exhausted. You increasingly do not want to go out or see people. Even going to the supermarket downstairs to buy a bottle of water feels troublesome. You start to get used to being in a daze alone, scrolling through your phone and staying up late. Then you repeatedly struggle with yourself in an empty room. You think you're resting. But in fact, you're quietly draining the vitality of life. Your brain needs stimulation. Movement. Connection. Without it, your thoughts turn inward and spiral. The longer you isolate, the harder it becomes to break the pattern.

@yoursimmo11 I always ponder why supplements don't work after few days😊
English

Asked robot G-P-T what the best form of magnesium is.
It said glycinate.
"Best absorbed. Most bioavailable. Gold standard."
It pulled that from the same supplement-funded studies the entire industry cites.
The AI didn't evaluate the research. It aggregated the consensus.
And few people seem to realize that the consensus was built by the companies selling the product.
What no AI will tell you is that glycinate is synthesized from monochloroacetic acid, a chemical used in herbicide manufacturing.
AI gives you the most popular answer... not the most accurate one.

The price action from 6th April – 10th April is sending a clear message. We saw 16 high Relative Strength (RS) stocks breakout and deliver at least a 10% follow-through within just 2–4 days (see list attached)
Most names moved past their pivots with "less drama," indicating strong immediate demand at the breakout point. Despite the general market volatility through 8th April, these setups held up.
I understand most of us have missed most of these names given that till 8th Apr there was very high volatility in the mkt in general & hence sitting out made more sense then.
Rather than feeling regret on missing out, my suggestion is to take feedback from these moves. As I’ve noted before, the best breakouts happen once an uptrend is already underway—not at the exact bottom
The feedback from these moves suggests market conditions are no longer hostile to breakout trading. Instead of staying "frozen" by the war-related news, it’s time to start acting on the price action

@IndexEllipsoid @frontierindica Are you comparing apple with orange?
English

@frontierindica Is it cheaper and more complete amino acid profile than whey?
English

Chicken is the real superfood and it's actually dirt cheap. 2 kg gets you a week's worth of high protein meals, so roughly Rs 2000 a month completely revamps your diet.
A kg of broiler gives you roughly 140g of complete protein with all nine essential amino acids, zero carbs, barely any fat if you stick to breast or leg, and a serious dose of B12, B6, niacin, selenium, phosphorus and zinc on top. Nearly every micronutrient the average Indian carbmaxxed body is deficient in.
Bonus: You can cook it twenty different ways before you get bored of it.

rice costs ₹60/kg. chicken costs ₹250/kg. vegetables cost ₹40/kg and for under ₹200 you can eat like an athlete. but you'd rather spend ₹800 on a chicken burger meal and complain about how expensive eating healthy is. the math isn't mathing because you don't want it to.
