@CharnwoodStoves I did. We need a ban similar to tobacco smoking in public places. We need to stop the use of log burners as they are killing the people that use them and the innocent people around them who have no choice other than to breathe in the toxic clouds of smoke and particulate matter.

To catastrophise means to ‘overestimate the danger and underestimate your ability to cope’. "Irrational and exaggerated fears seem to be constantly projected onto us." 👏

@RupertLowe10 I do agree with this. I watched a crazed chap attacking ambulances repeatedly and kicking in the windscreens. I do feel that this should not be tolerated any longer and he should be shot.

If a violent savage is brutally attacking the public on a stabbing rampage, he should be fully prepared to take a bullet from the police. The officer who takes that shot should be comprehensively protected by the law, and congratulated/rewarded for their bravery.
