Finally a game developer that speaks the truth. For years we knew people that “review” games could be bought off and not give us honest reviews. 👏

A warning to every content creator when our update for @OpHarshDoorstop drops. If you have taken over $10,000 USD in payments from studios we compete with in the last 12 months and you don’t disclose that in any “review” you create about our game, then you and I will have legal problems. You aren’t an “independent journalist” you are a paid contractor for our competitor, and I’m tired of watching you all get paid off to do hit pieces on games that don’t fork cash over to you. I will post more warnings clarifying this as we get closer to the release date… but TL:DR if you’re just going to post fake content attacking games that don’t pay you off, then quite frankly I don’t want you covering our game at all. I know this might come as a shock to many of you who are used to community managers being paid off to stroke your ego and beg you for coverage, but you’ll find out very quickly that we don’t operate that way. Every single person who retweets this will receive a Steam key to our launch playtest, I want to figure out which of you all are the good ones. I don’t want fake people in my corner.

Today, Senate Democrats attempted to extend the deadline for the ban of the Chinese communist spy app TikTok. I blocked this effort because TikTok is a harmful app that endangers our national security and poisons our children.

@SenTomCotton TickTock has the opportunity to stay open if the owners sell it to a US owner. It is simple stuff. If China refuses, then it means that Ticktock was used as a spying platform on Americans and they want to avoid their information collection tools falling into other hands.

The very fact that Communist China refuses to permit its sale reveals exactly what TikTok is: a communist spy app. The Supreme Court correctly rejected TikTok’s lies and propaganda masquerading as legal arguments.

The Foreign Adversary Controlled App Act takes effect Sunday. The only grounds for a 90-day extension are (a) significant progress (b) in binding legal agreements (c) to close a sale in 90 days. End of Watch, December 23, 2021: Officer Keona Holley Police Officer Keona Holley succumbed to gunshot wounds sustained on December 16th, 2021, when she was ambushed in the 4400 block of Pennington Avenue. She was sitting in her patrol car at about 1:30 a.m. when two men approached from behind and opened fire, shooting her multiple times. Both men then went to another location approximately 10 miles away, where they murdered another man. Officer Holley was transported to an area hospital where she remained in critical condition until succumbing to her wounds on December 23rd, 2021. Both suspects were arrested several days after the initial shooting and charged in connection with both incidents. One of the suspects was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder and was sentenced to life without parole. The shooter was convicted and sentenced to two life sentences without parole. Officer Holley had served with the Baltimore City Police Department for two years. She is survived by her four children, parents, and sister. In 2021, Pennington Avenue was renamed in honor of Police Officer Keona Holley. We will never forget.
